Diagrams, scenarios, the interactive site plan and the radargram on this site are illustrations only. They are not completed projects or real scan data.

Limitations of scanning and locating

Scanning and locating can only identify detectable services. It does not guarantee every underground or concealed service will be found.

Detection depends on ground type, moisture, depth, material and access. Some services, such as non-metallic pipes in conductive clay or deep or small targets, may not be detected. Findings are provided as a guide and should be combined with Dial Before You Dig plans and safe excavation practices.
